How do I cancel my membership?

You have the flexibility to cancel your trial or membership at any time by sending a quick email to tradedesk@myezsave.com. Upon receiving your email, we'll promptly cancel your account, ensuring you won't incur any additional charges. Please note that if you submit a cancellation request on a non-business day, we'll process it on the next business day. If your account is due to renew on a non-business day, kindly ensure you cancel it by 5pm (EST) on the prior business day. We trust our subscribers to manage their accounts responsibly and stay informed about their renewal dates.

Do I get a refund if I cancel my membership?

For new customers, we offer a generous one-month trial period during which you can cancel without incurring any charges. Please be aware that our monthly plans are non-refundable. However, should you decide to cancel a subscription longer than one month, you will be charged the standard full monthly rate for each month (or partial month) the service was active. Additionally, you will receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription.

Why do I see a charge from MyEZSave on my credit card statement?

Any charges from MyEZSave.com will appear on your statement under the name MyEZSave.

What time do you release new portfolio updates?

Our portfolio updates are typically released before 9 AM EST on the first business day of each month unless any additional adjustments are needed throughout the month.

How are portfolio updates delivered?

Members with active subscriptions receive portfolio updates via email from tradedesk@myezsave.com and are available at our website in the members-only area.

What information is in the portfolio allocation updates?

The portfolio allocation updates include changes to the existing stocks/ETFs allocation.

What time do you release MyEZSave Month End Reports?

We target to release MyEZSave Month End Reports by 5th working day of the month.

What if I want to trade Options?

MyEZSave does not recommend trading options with our strategies.

What do you use to pick the portfolio stocks/ETFs?

Why do you use Stock/ETF instead of other investment options?

How long do you hold the trades?

We dynamically adjust the mix of stocks and ETFs in response to market movements. Certain holdings may remain in the portfolio for months with minor allocation adjustments, while others are swiftly exited if they no longer align with the current strategy due to evolving market conditions.

Do I need a day trading brokerage account to invest in your portfolio?

We do not send multiple portfolio updates in a day. Our strategies are built to release trade alerts typically before 9 AM EST on the first business day of each month unless any additional adjustments are needed throughout the month.

Do you short stocks?

No, we utilize hedging in the portfolio to capitalize and preserve capital on market downturns.

How much money do I need to start?

We recommend starting with $10,000 to ensure financial viability, considering the MyEZSave membership fee. However, our strategies are compatible with any amount when paired with a brokerage account that supports fractional trading.

How do you calculate the YTD return?

The year-to-date (YTD) amount represents the variance between the current value of the portfolio and its value at the beginning of the year. To determine the YTD return rate, expressed as a percentage, we divide the YTD return by the opening balance.

Why my returns are not exactly matching with MyEZSave returns?

At MyEZSave, we take opening and closing prices to calculate returns. Your returns will be based on your purchase price which may vary with MyEZSave returns.

Will my return from MyEZSave taxable?
